We started this project for one reason: the world of Forex trading is a confusing and dangerous minefield for the Muslim trader. The market is filled with conflicting information, predatory brokers, and complex products that create a deep, valid fear of violating Sharia law.

Meet Our Chief Analyst & Founder

My name is Abu Omar Khan, and I am a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). I hold a Masters in Commerce and have been working in the finance industry since 2003.

For nearly two decades, I’ve managed complex financial systems and analyzed market structures. I created The Forex Lens because I saw a massive gap: my fellow Muslims were being given financial advice by people who didn’t understand finance, or financial advice by people who didn’t understand their faith.

This site is my professional effort to solve that. I apply the same rigorous, analytical standards I used as an accountant to the world of Halal Forex. My goal is to analyze the problems, audit the solutions, and provide you with a clear, honest, and expert-guided path to trading compliantly.
